In October 2020 a team of enthusiastic and dedicated volunteers will head to Myanmar to build safe and secure homes.

In Thanatpin, Bago District, there is an urgent need for disaster-resilient housing and toilets as it is one of the poorest communities in the country. Many families here harvest rainwater at home or fetch water from open ponds which leads to severe illness.

The team will be building disaster-resilient homes consisting of reinforced concrete, timber, CGI sheet roofing, and bamboo technologies.
