My Story

My name is Adrian Quince and I have worked for Forterra Building Products for 38 years.  On 14th June I will be joining a team of volunteers from around the UK taking part in a project organised by Miller Homes in partnership with Habitat for Humanity.  We will be building homes in Salima, Malawi alongside the families who for many, this will be there first proper home.

Malawi is among one of the poorest countires in the world with many children being orphaned due to HIV/AIDS and in need of decent facilities.This will be a life changeing experience for me but something I am really looking forward to and having the opportunity to help families less fortunate than others.  Hopefully this will also change their lives forever too!
