My Story

Habitat believe every person has the right to live in a home that will keep them safe, secure, and warm.

They stand with the most vulnerable to build decent and affordable houses that help give families and communities the foundation for a life out of poverty.

By working together, we can all play a part, and we can all make a difference.

Let’s be honest everyone deserves a safe and secure place to live!? I am lucky enough to have a secure home but there are many people all over the world that don't.

In May 2024 I will be joining Habitat traveling to Romania to to repurpose existing buildings into residential homes for refugees from Ukraine. I am extremely excited to be able to get involved as this is something I have always wanted to do, and I cannot wait to get stuck in to the project. It is not going to be an easy task and will require a lot of physical work but all that will be worth it to help support the families in need.

I will be running the New York Marathon in November 2023 to help raise funds. 

I have a target of £3000 to reach and I hope that you can help me get there.
