My Story

Hi!

My name is Steve. A few years ago a close frined shared his experinece of helping to build a home for a family to help them. As he shared his story of meeting teh family and then how a small team of people came together to help build a home for this family, I could hear in his voice home emotional it had been. Then the tears started to roll and the impact was clear. Many of us are so fortunate, we have a place to live, running water, heating and safety. Many other people who we share this plant with don't!  My friend asked if I wanted to join him on a future build. I said yes please. As I seek to life my life by living my purpose (which I wrote in 2002) to: "enjoy today, whilst supporting others to succeed in the future" it was clear that I wanted to enjoy an experience that will help others.
